Teriyaki is a dish that you can easily make. You have only to grill the meat marinated in sweetened soy sauce.

Nimono is the basis of Japanese cooking. Vegitables are simmered in dashi with soysauce or miso. Dashi (a stock) is made with konbu (tangle), katsuobushi (dried bonito) or iriko (dried small sardines).
